Instructions were a bit confusing at step 3 but once it’s up it is solid. The S69-DG model is massive. My big cat likes the scratching board at the bottom a lot.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.

Smells weird
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
