Great value for a 78in tree. The dark grey looks modern. Only reason its not 5 stars is one of the scratching posts had a staple sticking out that i had to hammer down so it wouldnt hurt the paws. Other than that its great. Very stable even when they jump from the floor to the first platform.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
