Good but assembly took a while

Tree is very stable. Instructions were mostly clear but there are a lot of pieces. Took me about 45 mins. The beige fabric is soft. Giving 4 stars because one of the screws was a little stripped but I made it work. My cats like the high platforms for looking out the window.
