Missing parts in the pack

I was really excited to put this together for my cats but I was missing one washer in the blister pack. I had to go to the hardware store to find a replacement before I could finish the second tower. Also the box was incredibly heavy at over 45 lbs which made it hard to handle. The tree seems okay now that it is done but the missing hardware was a huge pain for something at this price point.
