The cat tree itself is great. S45-BG model is the perfect height. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the instruction manual had a couple of blurry pictures that made the scratching board part confusing to attach. Once it’s up though it’s solid as a rock. Cats use the posts every day.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
