The hammocks are the favorite part for my kitten but she had a little trouble reaching the top platform at first cuz she’s small. very soft material tho. 4 stars because the box arrived a bit beat up but the tree inside was fine.

Frustrating. Had to go to the hardware store because a couple screws were missing from the bag. Once together it's okay but shouldn't happen.
