The tree itself is great once its up. I have three cats and they all fit. One likes the hammock and the other two fight over the caves lol. Only reason its 4 stars is the instructions were just pictures and kind of confusing. I had to redo one of the scratching boards bc i put it on backwards first.

they love sleepin in the little houses. plenty of room for both of them to have their own space without hissing lol.
the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
