Solid build

i was worried about it wobbling because i have a fat tabby but this s77d thing is actually pretty stable. the scratching boards on the bottom are a nice touch havent seen those on other trees before. assembly instructions were a bit confusing at step 3 but i figured it out. cats already sleeping in the top cave.
