Really generous size for heavy cats

its HUGE lol. my cats like the little condos a lot. only thing is the top perches are a bit small for my chonky boy but he makes it work. assembly was okay but the instructions were just pictures and it was kind of a pain to figure out which screw went where. still a great deal for 59 inches though!!
