was worried about the height cuz my one cat is 15lbs but this s80-gt thing holds up really well. the 2 houses are big enough for him to actually fit inside which usually isnt the case with these trees. took maybe 45 mins to assemble. only thing is the hammock is a bit small but overall its awesome. definitely recommend if u got big cats.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
