Pretty good but box was heavy

Tree is solid. cats used the scratching boards right away. only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the box arrived all beat up and it’s heavy as hell to move by yourself. once put together though its a beast. s74e-gt model is very tall so check your ceilings.
