Very sturdy but heavy

Really solid build. This thing is massive, definitely measure your space first. My only gripe is that the instructions were a little confusing at step 4, but once it’s up it’s not moving. The washable covers are a lifesaver with three cats. Gave 4 stars just because the box was beat up when it arrived.
