Box arrived pretty beat up because it weighs a ton but the parts inside were fine. instructions are just okay, had to redo one step cuz i put a board upside down. my 20lb cat fits in the cave which is a first. very stable once assembled. docking one star only because the assembly was a bit of a pain.
