honestly i was worried because my boi is 18lbs and most of these trees are flimsy. but this one is solid. the caves are actually big enough for him to fit inside which is a miracle lol. took me about an hour to put together by myself. the removable perches are great because he pukes sometimes… cat life i guess. definitely worth the money.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
