Everything is great except I was missing one of the M8 screws for the bottom plate. Had to go to Home Depot to find a match which was a pain. Otherwise the tree is awesome. The cactus design looks cool in the living room and isn’t a total eyesore. The platforms are big enough for my adult cats to actually lay down on which is hard to find sometimes. 4 stars because of the hardware issue but the product itself is 5.

they love sleepin in the little houses. plenty of room for both of them to have their own space without hissing lol.
the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
