missing one of the long screws and the instructions were just pictures that didn't make sense at first. very frustrated. once up its ok but bad experience.

looks amazing but it shakes a lot when my cats are playing rough. i had to anchor it to the wall. ok for kittens but maybe not big cats.

wish the hammock was a bit deeper but overall its a good purchase for the price. took about 45 mins to build.

some of the carpet shed a little when I first opened the box but after a quick vacuum its fine. cats like the platforms. very pretty green color.

Product is great but it arrived 4 days late. cat loves the scratching posts. assembly was fine but the box was kind of beat up when it got here.

Its very cute but the condo is a little tight for my chunkier cat. She still tries to squeeze in though lol. otherwise great quality and easy assembly.

The fabric is really soft and the scratching boards are actually being used which is a miracle. it looks just like the picture.
