Arrived in 2 days. Assembly was easy enough for one person. sturdy.

super tall and soft fabric. best cat tree we've owned so far. my kittens are obsessed with the dangling balls.

Great for multiple cats. The caves are spacious enough for my adult cat to curl up in. good buy.

Some parts were messy during assembly like the carpet lint but the finished product is nice. my cats love the caves.

Not very stable if you have active cats. It almost tipped over when my cat jumped to the top platform. definitely use the wall anchor if u get this.

A bit wobbly for my fat cat. Hammock is small and he barely fits. Its decent but maybe not for huge cats over 15lbs.

Directions were a bit confusing at first but got it done in an hour. it's very tall so make sure u have space for 70 inches.

i have three cats and they all fit comfortably on different levels. the dark grey color is perfect and doesn't show dirt. highly recommend for active cats.

The F70B is a good height. Most cat trees are too short but this 70 inch one is perfect for my living room corner. the dark grey matches my furniture well. dark grey hide the fur too.

This thing is massive. Make sure you have the floor space. The dark grey looks nice in the living room. It's stable for my two active cats. Only 4 stars because the box arrived a bit beat up but the actual tree was fine. Assembly was effortless.

omg my two babies are obsessed with the hammock and the little cubby holes... i didnt even have it fully built before they were jumping on it. its 70 inches tall so they can finally look down on me like the royalty they think they are haha. def recommend if...

i was worried this would be wobbly since its so tall but its actually really solid!! my big orange cat (hes 15 lbs) fits in the caves no problem. assembly took like 30 mins tops. great buy.
