I was worried about it being wobbly since its 74 inches tall but it stays put. My big boy weighs 18 lbs and he fits in the houses no problem. Good purchase.

Giving it 4 stars cause the paper instructions were kinda confusing and i had to redo one of the scratching posts twice... but once it was up my girls jumped right in the basket and fell asleep. The padding on the top platform is actually really soft.

The dual ramps make it way easier for my older cat to get up to the top. its pretty tall so make sure u have space but its sturdy. beige color matches the rug good.

omg my 2 mainecoons actually fit in the caves! usually everything is too small but this is perfect. took a bit to build but worth it for the price
