Instructions were a bit of a pain and the box it came in was super heavy. Definetly need two people to move it inside. Once it's up though it's very sturdy. My fat cat actually fits in the hammock without it sagging to much. Pretty good overall just be ready...

I have three cats and they all fit on this at once. The two oversized condos are great because they dont have to squeeze in. Beige color is nice and neutral. Highly recommend for anyone with multiple kitties.

i have a 18lb Maine Coon mix and he actually fits in the condos!! its hard finding stuff for big boys but this F74G-BG model is legit. took me about 45 mins to put together alone, instructions were ok but the final result is solid as a rock. the beige...
