Its really 78 inches. barely fit in my low ceiling room but cats happy. very fuzzy material.

it stands tall and doesnt shake much when they jump on it. great buy for the price. the light grey matches everything.

The tree is tall but the top platforms are a bit small for my Maine Coon. He hangs off the edge. Good for smaller cats though. The quality of the fabric is nice but wish the beds were wider.

Arrived with a small tear in the plush fabric on the bottom. Not worth returning but disappointing. Cats use it but the tear is annoying to look at.

The instructions are just pictures and kind of confusing but we figured it out eventually. the tree is very tall.

hard to find trees for large cats. this one is perfect. the hideaway is actually big enough for my 18lb boy.

I was worried it would tip but it stays put. even when they zoom up to the top. grey color is nice and neutral. instructions were decent enough.

i have three cats and they all have a spot on this thing. the five levels are great because they don't have to share. the sisal posts are holding up well so far they use them every morning. highly recommend for multi cat households.

78 inches is no joke. make sure u have ceiling space. cats love the view from the top perches.
