Directions were confusing and one of the screws was missing. Had to go to the hardware store to find a replacement. Too big and heavy to return so I kept it but it was a pain.

It's okay. A bit hard to assemble alone. The carpet material is kind of thin in some spots and shows the wood underneath if you look close but the cats dont care i guess

The color is slightly different than my monitor but still nice. Cats like it. it's very tall so make sure you measure your space first

a lot of pieces to put together but the result is good. just follow the drawings closely. the cats seem to enjoy the different levels.

only thing is the top platform wobbles a tiny bit when they jump hard but otherwise its great. i just pushed it against the wall and its fine now

Box was heavy and arrived a bit beat up but the tree inside was fine. Good height and mostly easy to put together but you might need two people for the top parts.

my kitty loves the hammocks so much. she sleeps there all day. its her new favorite spot in the house

Perfect for multiple cats. The top platform is very large so two of mine can actually cuddle up there together which they never did on our old tree.

The green color is a nice change from the usual beige trees you see everywhere. blends in with my house plants nicely.

it looks like a giant cactus! my cats love it and it looks so cute in photos. very soft fabric too

80 inches is no joke. make sure you have high ceilings. the sisal rope is holding up well against my two kittens who are tiny terrors

The baskets are adjustable which is nice cuz my cat is weird about where he sleeps. He likes them swung out to the side. Very tall and soft material

my husband put it together in like 45 mins. clear instructions and all the parts were there. cats love the sisal posts for scratching

tall af. my cat is basically a god up there now. he just stares down at everyone from the top platform. took me about an hour to build alone

fast shipping. the cactus green is a bit darker than the photo but i like it better. looks like a giant plant in the corner of my room

Love the scratching boards at the bottom. saves my couch finally. they actually use them instead of the furniture. very happy with this

i have 4 cats and they all have a spot. the three caves are perfect so they dont fight over them lol. the height is amazing they love being up high

tallest tree ive ever owned. the green looks great in my living room and the cats love hiding in the 3 caves. no more fighting over space
