Built this in about 30 mins. Instructions were simple and all parts were there. Leopard print looks rad.

The print is so fun and it fits both my cats easily. The caves are spacious.

Its very tall so it does sway a tiny bit when they jump to the very top but it hasn't tipped. Lots of stuff for them to do.

Simple to set up. Cats used it immediately.

totally worth it for the price. keeps them busy for hours.

my cats are obsessed with this thing. its taller than me! the leopard print is actually really soft.

Hard to find trees that fit big cats but the platforms on this are actually large. No wobbling yet.

mostly easy to install but one of the scratching boards was tricky to line up. otherwise great.

The F83-LP is definitely a solid unit. Instructions were clear enough. My cats are literally racing up and down it.

was excited for this but it came missing two of the screws for the top platform so i had to go to the hardware store. its okay now but annoying.

exactly like the picture. my kitty is always in the hammock. definitely worth the money.

the tree is fine but my cats just wont go in the caves for some reason. maybe its the smell of the new carpet? idk. scratching boards are good.

Its huge lol make sure u have space. took a while to assemble but it feels stable. cats like the platforms.

83 inches is no joke. fits perfect in the corner of my room. lots of scratching posts so they stop eating my couch

The condos are actually big enough for my adult cats which is rare. Usually they are too small. Very happy with this purchase.

it is very tall and my cats like it but the print is really bright. easy to build though took me about 45 mins

Tallest cat tree I've owned. The leopard print is a bit louder than the pictures but my cats dont care. It wobbles just a tiny bit when they both go crazy on it but the base is heavy enough. Instructions were ok.

Pretty easy to put together. Sturdy enough for my two boys. Height is perfect.

we needed something tall cause they kept climbing the curtains... this f83-lp model is great. they love the little hammock and the scratchin boards keep them busy. only thing is it's really tall so make sure you got the room! but its super easy to put together.

omg this thing is huge... my cats love the leopard print and the hammock is their new favorite spot!! super tall.

Sturdy enough for my 15lb chonk. He likes the top platform alot. Good deal for a tree this tall.
