good purchase. cats use every level.

plush is thick not that cheap thin stuff. very happy with it.

Its like a mansion for cats. the caves are actually big enough for adult cats.

instructions were mostly pictures but i figured it out in under an hour.

Arrived sooner than expected. Assembly was okay, i used my own drill to speed it up.

No wobbles. The base is heavy and holds up well to my chunky cats jumping on it.

The beige is a nice creamy off white color. Looks very luxury in my living room.

The top seat is very plush. my ragdoll spends all day up there watching birds out the window.
