The product is 5 stars. My cats love it. But FedEx left it in the rain and the box was soaked. Luckily the parts were wrapped in plastic so they were dry.

I was hesitant to spend over $100 on a cat tree, but my leather sofa was getting destroyed. This tree saved my life. The 8 scratching posts are positioned perfectly. My cats now run to the tree instead of the couch when they need to scratch. The dark grey color...

i live in a loft with high ceilings and this 84 inch tree fills the vertical space perfectly. my cats love climbing to the very top to look down at me. assembly was easy.

my cats are happy so i am happy.

The base is heavy which is good. I don't worry about it tipping over.

It's an okay tree. It's tall, but the plush sheds a little bit at first. My cats use it, so I kept it. But I've seen better quality plush on other trees.
