This things huge. Took me like 45 mins to set up while watching tv but the instructions were actually decent. the dark grey looks nice in our living room and the cats are already sleeping in the baskets. its pretty sturdy even when my big 15lb chonk jumps on it. highly recommend for the price.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
