Its a great tree but the manual was kinda confusing... missing a couple steps so I had to backtrack. Once its up though its sturdy. The beige is a nice neutral color. My cat loves the top platform.

it is definitely 76 inches tall... i almost couldnt reach the top platform lol. only giving 4 stars because one of the screws was missing but i found a spare in my junk drawer. cats love the caves tho.
