omg we love this. it looks so expensive and the dark gray is beautiful. assembly was a breeze.

delivered fast. heavy box so have a dolly or a friend help u. setup was easy used my own drill to speed things up but the tool they give works fine. very stable.

the very top perch is a little shaky when my cat jumps on it but he doesn't seem to care.

it gave my indoor cat so much more space to explore vertically.

my kittens are obsessed. they dont even come down for dinner anymore lol. its very tall so make sure you have the ceiling height. soft cushions are a plus and i like that they come off to wash.

sisal rope is durable. tree is very stable.

the dark grey color is great for hiding dark cat hair. easy to vacuum too.

box was heavy as heck but it was worth it. delivery guy struggled getting it to the porch. instructions were actually clear for once and all the bolts lined up. the sisal rope posts are holding up great so far to my cats claws. my big maine coon actually fits...

box arrived totally smashed and two of the bolts were missing from the hardware pack. tried calling but no luck. returning it tomorrow if I can fit it back in the box its huge and heavy.

The sisal rope is high quality, not that cheap stuff that falls apart in a week.

Took me maybe 30 mins with a helper.
