Bought for the family cat. It's a hit.

The tree itself is great, 5 stars for the tree. But the manual... step 5 is a nightmare. The pictures are tiny. I figured it out eventually but it was annoying.

Delivery guy definitely struggled with the box it was heavy! but assembly was easy enough. used my own drill to speed things up. the baskets are the best part my ragdoll sleeps in them all day.

really impressed with how solid this is. the sisal is wrapped tight too.

The material is very plushy. My older cat loves the lower condo because it's easy to get into. The younger ones take the top spots.

I love that the cushions are washable. one of my cats threw up on it day 2 and it cleaned right up.
