no complaints at all. fast shipping and easy assembly. My cats love the height and the fabric is very soft.

5 stars all the way. cats are happy i am happy. the 69 inch height is exactly what they needed to get away from each other.

you get a lot for the price. the hammock and cave are big enough for my chunky cat.

tall and nice but the instructions were kinda confusing at step 3. cats like it tho so i cant complain much.

honestly looks cool in my gaming room. cat loves it and it doesnt take up too much floor space since its so vertical.

It is okay but one of the scratching boards came slightly frayed. Not worth sending back but annoying for a new product.

omg my cats r obsessed. they usually ignore new toys but they were climbing this thing instantly. the two platforms are great because they dont have to fight over who gets the top spot. great buy.

The very top platform wobbles a tiny bit when they jump but it seems safe. overall good value.

it took him a day to realize the hammock was there but now i cant get him out of it. the beige fits my decor nicely too.

i have bought many cat trees over the years and this one is the most stable by far. the scratch boards on the side are a genius idea.

she wont come down. the scratching posts are great for her little claws.

the scratching board at the bottom is great for my older cat who doesnt like to climb as much. really nice quality.
