Solid build. Usually these tall ones wobble but this s76 model is sturdy. My mainecoon weighs 18 lbs and he jumps on the top platform without it tipping. Directions were clear enough and it didnt take long to set up. Good value for the height.

Good tall tree. My cats love being high up. The two houses are big enough for my adult cats which is rare.
