Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard orders are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition with their original packaging. Custom and made-to-order items are subject to separate terms.

  • Standard orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are dispatched.
  • Custom products and made-to-order items must be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Shipped orders cannot be intercepted and must be processed as a standard return.

Order Modifications

  • We can update your shipping address or item details only if the order has not shipped.
  • Once received by our carriers, we are unable to modify the order contents.
  • If requested after dispatch, carrier rerouting fees may apply for address changes.

Drop off small boxes at the designated carrier, or work with our team to schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of inspection.
  • Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Gift cards and store credits are applied immediately to your account.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns.
  • Globlazer covers full return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items.
  • Original outbound shipping charges and expedited fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, simply process it as a standard return and place a new order for the desired piece.
  • This ensures the fastest delivery of your new item while your return is being processed.

Restocking Fees

  • Standard products returned in their original condition and packaging are rarely subject to restocking fees.
  • Oversized freight shipments may incur a 15% restocking fee due to logistics handling.
  • No fees will ever apply for returning items with confirmed manufacturing defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
  • Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to ensure carrier claim eligibility.
  • You must include clear photographs of the damage/defect and the original packaging.
  • Once validated, we will arrange for a free replacement part, full replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Important: Please keep all original packaging materials until your claim is fully resolved.

International Returns
  • The standard 30-day return window applies, with reasonable extensions granted for transit delays.
  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
  • Original customs fees, import duties, and taxes are strictly non-refundable through Globlazer.
