no complaints. everything was in the box and instructions were clear. it's tall and my cats love the different levels.

The tree is great but the platforms are a little small for my very large cat. He still uses it but he hangs off the edge a bit lol.

the fabric is really soft and the cats like to sleep in the caves. it looks really pretty in my living room and doesnt look like cheap carpet.

literally the best purchase ive made for my kittens. they play on it for hours. definitely get it if ur thinking about it!! it was so easy to put together i did it while eating lunch.
