it arrived with the box all beat up and i was missing three screws so i had to go to the hardware store to find matching ones. the tree itself is okay but the shipping and packaging was a disaster for me.

Globlazer added the F83D in January 2026. This one is Cactus Green. The F83D is sold in 6 colors: Light Grey, Beige, Dark Grey, Cactus Green, Gothic Red Black, and Leopard Print.
Use the assembly video on this page. Hardware and an Allen wrench are in the box; you do not need your own tools. A step ladder helps on a tall tree. Follow the numbered steps, then finish the final tightening only after every floor-contact point sits flat. See assembly
When a matching part exists, replace the worn post or hammock without discarding the tree. Contact Support with your order number and the part you need.
