The tree is 80.3 inches (204 cm) tall. This one is Dark Grey. The S80B is sold in 5 colors: Light Grey, Beige, Dark Grey, Cactus Green, and Gothic Red Black.
Use the numbered S80B manual and the assembly video on this page. Hardware and an Allen wrench are in the box; you do not need your own tools. A step ladder helps on a tall tree. Follow the numbered steps, then finish the final tightening only after every floor-contact point sits flat. See assembly
