FAQs
For Cats up to 20 lbs, 2 Perches, 2 Hanging Baskets, Dual-Entry Condo, Washable Top Cover & Condo Pad, 52 in Tall, Dark Gray
Globlazer added the C52 in July 2026. This one is Dark Grey. The C52 is sold in 3 colors: Light Grey, Beige, and Dark Grey.
Use the assembly video on this page. Hardware and an Allen wrench are in the box; you do not need your own tools. A step ladder helps on a tall tree. Follow the numbered steps, then finish the final tightening only after every floor-contact point sits flat. See assembly
When a matching part exists, replace the worn post or hammock without discarding the tree. Contact Support with your order number and the part you need.
