Most of these trees have tiny perches but the fan shaped one at the top is actually big enough for my 15lb tabby. he loves looking out the window from up there. very sturdy even when he jumps on it full speed. and the corner design is a life saver for my small apartment.

For the price this is way better quality than what I saw at the local store. The sisal wrapping is tight and doesnt look like itll unravel next week. fits perfectly in the corner of my office. the top perch is actually big enough for a full grown cat.

Instructions were a bit confusing at step 3 but we figured it out. It's stable enough for two adult cats wrestling on it. The grey color hides the fur well. wish it had a scratching board too but the posts are fully wrapped in sisal so it works.

its a very nice cat tree but i wish it had more than one hammock. my cats both want it at the same time lol. the height is great though and it tucked right into the corner like the description said. some of the sisal was a bit frayed out the box but not a big deal for the cost.

Use the numbered C73 manual and the assembly video on this page. Hardware and an Allen wrench are in the box; you do not need your own tools. A step ladder helps on a tall tree. Follow the numbered steps, then finish the final tightening only after every floor-contact point sits flat. See assembly
