The 59.8 inch height is perfect for them to watch birds through the window. I love the dual top perches because they don't fight over the highest spot anymore. Each one is held up by three posts in a triangle so it doesn't wobble at all when my 16 lb ragdoll jumps up. Best cat tree we have owned so far.

The S59-DG is a great unit but there are a lot of parts to put together. With 18 structural posts and all the different levels it took me a while to get it all sorted out. The instructions were okay but you definitely need space to work. Once finished it is rock solid and the cats love the dual perches. Just give yourself plenty of time for the build.

Lots of parts for those 18 structural posts. It took a while to get the two condos lined up right but the cats are already sleeping in the perches. Very tall and sturdy. It is a bit heavy but that helps it stay put when the cats jump on the baskets.

The shipping box was around 46 pounds so you might need help moving it inside. It is a beast of a cat tree. The materials are high quality especially the steel frames for the baskets and the thick baseboards. My cats love the 5 levels of height. Only docked a star because the weight makes it hard to move once built.

The dual towers are great for my two ragdolls. Only docking a point because it was pretty heavy to drag into the house by myself. Once it's up, it's super stable though. The perches are nice and wide with those three supporting posts under each one. Very good quality.
