honestly i was intimidated by the box lol. there are so many parts but it went together fast. the double condos are a life saver because my two cats used to fight over one bed now they each have their own spot. the height is amazing they love looking down on us like they are kings of the castle.

The dual ear baskets are so cute! they look like little ears. i have three cats and they all have their own spot. the 76 inch height is perfect for them to look out the window. the soft pads inside the condos are a huge plus because most other trees just have bare wood or cheap carpet. well worth the money.

it arrived in a heavy box. instructions were ok but i got confused on the platforms once cuz there are literally so many of them (20!!). once its together though it looks nice. the dark grey is a true charcoal color. the hammocks are very soft but one of the screws was a little stripped.

instructions were clear enough. the sisal posts are everywhere which is good cuz my furniture was getting wrecked. cats like the caves. it’s really tall so make sure u have ceiling height. shipping was fast.

i have 3 kittens and they go nuts on this thing. so many platforms to climb its like a jungle gym for them. the condos have soft pads which they actually sleep on unlike other trees i bought before. the double hammocks are the best part cuz they dont have to fight over who gets the "good" spot.
