Stable enough for high speed chases

My cats are crazy and run full speed at this thing but it doesn’t budge. The split baseboard design makes it feel very grounded and those top perches are massive. Each one is 50×42 cm which is plenty of room for my chunky boy to stretch out. I also really like that the middle condo has walk through doors so they don’t get trapped by each other. This is a very well thought out 5 level design.
