honestly i was worried this wouldnt be sturdy enough for my chunky boy but the rotating base is actually really solid. he fits in the top perch perfectly which is rare usually he hangs off the side lol. assembly took like 20 mins max super easy. the condos are huge too! definitely worth it if u have big cats.
