My cats love this thing. It’s perfect for being in the living room window and not blocking our view. The arm with the toy is unnecessary but they can’t get enough of the cat tree itself and love to run in and out of the boxes. Chasing each other or when we play with toys or a laser pointer.

if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
they love sleepin in the little houses. plenty of room for both of them to have their own space without hissing lol.
the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
