Finally a tree that doesn’t wobble. The dual houses are great because my cats used to fight over one. Assembly was okay, instructions could be clearer but overall its a great buy for the price.

Very easy to assemble, took maybe 20 minutes max. The instructions were actually clear which is rare. The dark grey color matches our furniture perfectly....
