received the box and it was missing two of the long screws for the scratching posts. had to go to home depot to find something that fit because support took too long to answer. once it’s together it is fine but what a headache.

everything about this is great. the caves are huge and my cats love the height. best investment i made for them this year.
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
