its very tall (76 inches!) which my cats adore but it does sway a tiny bit when they jump to the very top perch. i had to tighten the screws extra hard. the soft pads inside the condos are a nice touch though way better than just bare wood like some other brands. overall pretty good but maybe wall mount it if u have big chonkers like mine.

Frustrating. Had to go to the hardware store because a couple screws were missing from the bag. Once together it's okay but shouldn't happen.
they spend all day on it. the plush is really nice and thick. much better than the f78b we had before.
