its very tall (76 inches!) which my cats adore but it does sway a tiny bit when they jump to the very top perch. i had to tighten the screws extra hard. the soft pads inside the condos are a nice touch though way better than just bare wood like...

solid cat tree. the dark grey looks good in my living room and doesnt show the fur as much. the scratching board at the bottom gets a lot of use and it stays pretty stable even when they zoom up to the top perches.

My babies are so happy with this thing. They love the little hanging baskets and sleep in them every night. Best purchase i made this year.

omg this thing is huge!!! i have three cats and they were all over it before i even finished putting the second cave on. the double hammocks are the best part cuz they usually fight over who gets the basket but now they both have one and stoped hitting eachother...

Easy to assemble, instructions were clear. The fan shaped perches at the top are massive. My big male cat fits perfectly up there. Well worth the money for the height and all the scratching posts.
