omg my two chunky boys are obsessed. i was worried because they are like 18lbs each but this thing is solid. it came with a strap to screw it into the wall but we didnt even need it yet because its so heavy. the dark grey looks great in my living room. assembly was okay, took about 45 mins while drinking wine lol. definitely worth the money.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
