its alright but if you have a huge cat like mine (18 lbs) it shakes a little when he jumps to the top. the groomer thing is cool though. i wish the platforms were a little bigger for fat cats.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.

Smells weird
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...

Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
