its a good tree but one of the screws was kind of hard to get in. i had to use my own wrench to get it tight enough. other than that the cats like it a lot and the scratching posts are holding up well so far. its definitely more spacious than the last one we had.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.
if you have the space get this one. the dark grey is beautiful and it has so many spots for the cats to hang out.
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
