The layout is too steep for my senior cat. He can’t get to the top perch easily. Might be better for kittens but not for my old guy. Also the carpet sheds a bit.

the carpet sheds a little at first when you put it together but once you vacuum its fine. cats love the condos.

Smells weird
had a really strong chemical smell right out of the box. had to air it out for 3 days before my cats would even go...

Buy it
Don't think just buy. Your cats will thank you. The hammock is the best part. I have 4 cats and they all find a spot.
