super soft, huge, and well made. light grey is very classy. definitely worth the money for the S78G-LG model.

My kitties have never been happier. Highly recommend if u have the space for a giant tower like this.

Took some time to assemble but worth it. One of the hammocks is a little small for my biggest cat but the rest is great for the price point.

i like how many things there are for them to do. the scratching board is used daily. plenty of room for multiple cats.

Build quality is solid for the price. My 15lb cat jumps all over it and it barely moves. I used the wall anchor just in case.

Its like a little throne for my queen lol she sits up there all day watching birds outside. the 78 inches is no joke.

box was beat up when it arrived but everything inside was fine. easy enough to build even if you arent handy.

The light grey is exactly what I wanted. Much better than that ugly beige color most of these have. It's really soft too.

was worried it wouldnt be stable but it is actually pretty heavy. the scratching posts are actually sisal which is good for my furniture!

this thing is massive. the 3 hammocks are great cuz i have 3 cats so no more fighting over who gets the comfy spot. they all fit fine.

everything arrived in one piece and it looks great in my apartment. its very tall so make sure u have the room!

The layout is too steep for my senior cat. He can't get to the top perch easily. Might be better for kittens but not for my old guy. Also the carpet sheds a bit.

Only reason 4 stars is the shipping took forever. Product itself is 5 stars. The scratching posts are thick and seem like they will last.

super easy to put together. did it by myself in an hour. my fat cat fits in the caves which is a miracle lol.

My cats literally don't come down anymore. They love the hammocks and the top level gives them a great view out the window.

It's cool but one of the screws was missing from the box so I had to find a spare in my garage. it wobbles a tiny bit on carpet if they jump too hard.

Way cheaper than the pet store and better quality. The light grey looks modern and doesn't look cheap like others i've seen.

best purchase ever! my kittens love the little caves. very soft fabric too. they sleep in the hammocks every night now.

it is definitely 78 inches lol. i almost hit my ceiling fan. the scratching board at the bottom is a nice touch but my cat ignores it.

Took about 45 mins to put together. Instructions were okay but it's really sturdy once finished. The top perch is bigger than I thought.

My wife bought this for our 3 furballs. Usually they destroy these things in a month but this one seems tougher. They spend all day in the hammocks or on the top part looking out the window. Good price for how big it is. box was heavy as heck though...
